Spell Penetration & Spell Focus Feats and Items

I've heard different things and would like make sure I know the correct answers to a couple of questions.


Do the Spell Penetration Feats stack with Spell Penetration Items?
Do the Spell Focus Feats stack with Spell Focus Items?

yes to both

as a normal rule u can assume that feats, items and enhancements stack with one another.

so for spell penetration u can have your lvl + 3 from item + 4 from feats + 3 from enhancements for a max total of 30 penetration at lvl 20
