Can someone please direct me to a detailed discussion of how Prestige classes/enhancements work? How, where, and when can one get them?

Here (http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=166) is a list of pre's and capstones as they were released for preview. Most you can get first tier at level 6, second at 12 and the third at 18. You get them as enhancements. they will show up as they become avail, when you have the correct level and pre-reqs. Check teh "unavailable" box to see them before you meet the requirements.
