Anyone having rouble with log on since patch 2

Since they did patch 2, I have been unable to get into the game. Have sent a trouble ticket and so farjust automated response saying they got the ticket.........:mad:

Here is the sequence: dbl click icon to start game ( or use TDM, don't matter which) get log on enter password goes to server select, select server goes to screen wih=th wiz/soc and mini dragon then before load screen comes on dumps back to desktop with message of connection failure which closed game.:confused:

This has been going on since thursday. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled game with same results. This has become extremely annoying since I am a subscriber.
If anyone knows a way to fix this please let me know as I miss playing the game with most of the good peopl I have e met during play.:o

if you are running vista try this:

open your C:/Program Files/Turbine or whereever you downloaded the game to.

Then find the Dungeons & Dragons - Stormreach folder.

Under that folder you will find a application file named TurbineRegisterGDF.

Right click and "Run as Adminstrator."

This should fix your problem. If not keep trying the tech support route. Good Luck.

Did some checking of firewall and other security stuff. That is when I found the ***ing thing had shut off access for DDO without teling me it had done so.

So guess we can kill this one now
