Favor Question

If you hit a certain favor on a character, lets say you unlock 32point builds.

You want to remake the character that unlocked it, but you really want to have the name that character has.
Do you lose the ability to make 32point builds if you delete it to remake or does it unlock permanently once you hit the favor for that server?

Its a question that's been bothering me because if you can't delete the character then, i've pretty much wasted my time collecting the favor on that character.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.(mainly useful ones but that's not always the case because someone always has to be a butt about something)

once you unlock drow, 32pts or fav soul your account is flagged and you will always be able to make new ones, even if you dlete all cahrs and dont log in for 10 years (considering ddo is still running by then)

Even if you delete the Char the ability to make 32 point builds remains, alot of people used to transfer there 1750 char to another server and then have the ability to make 32 pts builds on the orginal server and the new one.
