When are VIP supposed to get their monthly TP allocation?

I haven't received any recently.

If you joined or your sub renewed before DDO Unlimited hit you get nothing. I was told this from an email wish i had waited i missed out on 500 points because of this silly rule.

Thank you for your inquiry. The 500 Turbine Points received monthly are provided after each successful recurring subscription charge (or monthly if you are on a multi-month plan). This subscription hasn't had any subscription charges since DDO:U went live

You should get your points shortly after your billing date. Some VIPs do not get their points automatically because of a known issue at Turbine. If you don't get your points within 3 business days, I suggest that you open a ticket with account management. They will manually credit your points.

It took them a week to resolve this for me after opening a ticket. They stated this is a known issue and that they are working to resolve it permanently for all VIPs soon.

Points are granted to an account the morning after it is updated or reinstated, or in the morning after the reoccurring subscription fee is paid. At this time there may be some additional delay in receiving these points, but we are working to resolve this.

Emails are answered as quickly as possible in the order they are received. We are experiencing high volume right now, as Eberron has proved to be very popular. We are working to expedite the responses to all inquiries.

this does not mean you don't get the monthly points say you renew on the 9th in 3 months each month on the 9th it counts it and on the 10th you should get your points.

I get billed every 6 months on the 18th. I didn't get mine on September 18th. I haven't seen anything specific saying that I wouldn't get my points for September. Is it supposed to be that pre-existing members not get their Turbine points on schedule in the first month?

Checking with my guild, no one has noted an influx of 500 Turbine points since the launch period.

I'm also on the 6 month plan and haven't seen the 500 Turbine pts. Given that it dropped on 9/1, all existing VIP members should have seen the 500 pts by now. So there is obviously a problem.

correct. I think that's the issue. Those of us on the 2nd annivery plans are suffering because the automatic 500 TP thing-ee will not recognize we have "paid" per month.

Until it is resolved, we will bother them for the points.

you would not recieve any till oct 19th everyone got free points for sept if you don't have points on oct 19th then you'd have something to complain about from what has been stated.
