question about improve crit feats

does improve crit pierce and improve crit range stack for bows and crossbows to increase the crit range total?

Ranged weapons use IC: Ranged. Piercing Melee weapons use IC: Pierce

And before it gets asked:

Improve Crit Ranged and Improved Crit Slashing does not stack for Shuriken and Throwing Axes. Do I need to do the Blunt ones? :)

Additionally, it does not stack with "Keen" weapon effects.

But improved critical: Ranged *does* stack with the naturally large crit range of the Silver Bow
