Came back to DDO after a long hiatis and I am paying for this monthly.

Why are all the Map options not available to me as a Paying customer?
Quest Bestowers ( Unpurchased )
Adventure Areas ( Unpurchased )
Quest Locations ( Unpurchased )
Travel Points ( Unpurchased )

As a paying customer I expect everything to be available.

First welcome back.
you may need to wait up to 24 hours for your account to update. Check at the turbine site not ddo.com and make sure your account is active, and correctly tied to your DDo log in. Several folks have had similar issues. Best course of action is to call not email account management during the day, wait time is usally around and hour, email is about 10 days.

Double check your log in id and passwords are the same ones in my account at turbine, also did anyother info change like your contact email or CC?

Be patient its worth it the game has certainly evolved.

Its been 4-5 days since I reactivated the account.
Emails the same , Login is the same , Password is the same.
