Old build, need advice on fixing

How would go about makeing this build viable until characters respecs ever gets released.
Original plan was 11 barb/ 9 ranger and have Barbarian Critical Rage I + II and Tempest, this was a year ago before I stop playing and before Prestige Enhancements. Don't want to delete the character has much of the gear is bound and not easily or cheaply replaced.

Abilities:
STR: 21 + 2 tome = 23
DEX: 17 + 1 tome = 18
CON: 13 + 3 tome = 16
INT: 10 + 2 item = 12
WIS: 9 + 3 tome = 12
CHA: 8

Feats:
Lv.1: Toughness
Lv.3: Power Attack
Lv.6: Oversize TWF
Lv.9: Improved Critical: Slashing
Lv.12: Improved Critical: Ranged
Lv.15: Greater Two Weapon Fighting

Skills (That I remember putting points in):
Intimidate: 18
Jump: 21
Balance: 12
Spot: 9
Tumble: 13

id suggest you go 9/9/2fighter.
9 ranger for evasion mostly and 2 fighter for feats.
did not calculate what race you are but two feats are always useful.

getting 12 barb for second tier PrC seems tempting but seems so much worse then a 12/6/2rog build. i would not feel comfortable with a slight twink of class being available and giving such a large boost.

hmm elf... i thought dwarf since you had the slashing specced not piercing.
starting to think 2 feats might not turn into such a advantage, possible get 10 ranger for third favored enemy instead.
im guessing you got evil outsider and undead right now, both elemental and constructs would both be very useful for you.

after giving the favored enemy some consideration i would now advice taking 10 lvls of ranger

9barb/10ranger/1fighter this seems a very viable build to me, if they ever raise lvl cap by 2 you can grab 12 ranger for tempest2 (edited this line)

but this is just my vague opinion and many of your options seems unclear trade-offs. as i see your build versatility is a goal and getting evasion seems the natural path to take.
