So I'm a VIP, and I'm getting "Server's Full." I'm paying to play the game, and I can't get on....

How about some appreciation for people who give you their $$$, Turbine?

Agreed. Though I've only joined this year, I'm also VIP. Thelanis is the only server I've got characters on. And I got this message too. Would like to be able to get onto any server no matter what, since I'm VIP... Except maybe Cannith. Since I've heard it's new, and only for VIPs.

I'd put up with this maybe 2-3 times before I dropped my sub. Its not appreciation that your looking for, its a service you're paying for. And while Fabois' can sing the harmony of how great is F2P, not being able to login on a paying sub is ridiculous.

I am going to say something that just needs to be said: WoW has a "server full" message.

Saying that...

I feel if they are going to have such a system, VIPs should get at least head of the line privilages. Two, it should sit on a window, like WoW,not force you to relog in.

I've been in a queue before, this isn't a queue. And as VIPs we do go to the head of the line, I've been there before.

Looks like something might be wrong with the logon servers.

if a vip is logging in and the server is full, the latest f2p that logged on should get booted. im logged in and my wife cant. so we both sit here waiting. way to treat paying customers. perhaps cannith should have hosted the majority of f2p's. paying subscribers should NEVER have to wait. end of rant.

Just got in and had a look around. There are not nearly enough instances of the marketplace and harbor going for the server to be full.

I've been in queues on this game, you don't get the server full pop up message, you get a window with your position in line and an estimated time to logon.

I'll stick with my completely uninformed and uneducated guess of logon server problems.

But, I got the full server message last night, just tried again and got in. It was an odd server full message. When I played LOTRO if server was full you hit the que. This reminded me of account login problems we would have on occasion at LOTRO. I asked a buddy of mine on vent if he was in and he was, and he told me only 2 instances in marketplace....so that is not full. I thought maybe they were hitting us with a quick hotfix or something and I was trying to login before it finished d/l. Anyway, after that, was online playing in no time.

Agreed as long as we can gain the benefits of having a full server meaning can actually log in and play the game that we are paying for. I can assure you this one thing Turbine, if VIPs constantly cannot log into the server of choice some will leave, others will stop paying. I love this game but if i get this error for more than 2-3 times for longer than 5 minutes i will reconsider my sub as what is the purpose of paying for something that you cannot use. Kind of like paying for a "woman of the night" and not getting your jollies, whats the point.

and if you cancel your sub you can still play F2P! at least then you can wait in the que for free :)
