New Player Looking For Fun Guild

I've been playing DDO for a little over a month now, and now that I'm level 11, I've been finding groups harder and harder to find.

My characters are:
9rgr/1monk/1rogue
11 FvS
(Alts)
5 fighter
6 monk
7 sorc
7 rgr
7 rgr
9 FvS
6 FvS

I'm mostly looking for a guild that does most of the end-game raids and flagging runs on a somewhat regular basis (weekly or twice a week), as well as mid-level 11-16 stuff.

I prefer to zerg through or run quests at a moderately quick pace, so I'd appreciate anyone point out guilds that fit my MO.

I usually play at night EST, and would prefer a Central or EST-based guild.
