Missing FOM

I look in 3.5 PHB and paladins get the FOM spell at 4 level. I know we only get held on a roll of a 1 but we should still get the spell.

I look in 3.5 PHB and mine doesn't have freedom of movement as a paladin spell. *** are you talking about?

Freedom of Movement is a 4th level Paladin spell in DnD 3.0, not 3.5.

And in all previous editions; true seeing is a paladin spell in AD&D, I admit I'd like to see that one in the spell list :)
