as the title suggests, what exactly is a capstone. I saw a sorc troll the rogue forums about how sucky rogue capstones are and well after not finding it in the glossary stickied above, I kindagot curious

An enhancement that requires 20 levels in a single class.

so what does this enchantment do?

Capstones are enhancements purchased with action points availible to characters who have 20 levels in any one single class. Typically, they are either "Awesome!" (See fighter and sorceror capstones) or "meh" (See cleric and ranger for any non-bow ranger, which is most of them, capstone).

To see capstones, check the compendium and look at level 20 enhancements.
