Hey, wizardy question

Working on a wf wiz(...I'm sorta f2p, but subscribing soon). If I want to make a caster deathdealer, would you advise focusing on conjuration, evocation, or necromancy?
Also, can I expect to be able to throw out decent cc without using feats on the school for whatever cc spells it is I'm throwing out?

Necromancy for a deathdealer

evoker better a sorcerer

conjurer a great choice for web and niacs

yes you need to invest in the feats and spell penetration.

Are you talking about things like Finger of death etc? insta kill spells

Depends on what type of death dealing you want to do. I would go necro and add the spell pen feats so you can get the most out of Finger of Death and Wail of Banshee (I think Wail is necro). IMO wizards are for spells like these and stuff like symbol of stunning, web etc.

If you want to make a damage dealing nuker I would recommend rolling a sorcerer instead.
