Monk BAB from character sheet

Can someone explain the BAB as it pertains to a monk? My character sheet states the following:
When centered, BAB +15/+20
When not centered BAB +15

Re: the centered BAB, why does it out both numbers?

Is monk BAB .75 or 1 / level?

Turbine implemented flurry of blows by increasing BAB rather than additional attacks. So when centered you have 1/level, non centered and you have 3/4 progression as per PnP.

It shows it as BAB +15/+20 because +15 is your True BAB, what is used for selecting feats and such, while +20 is your effective BAB for combat.

Also the +15 would be (if my testing on my lowbie monk was correct) when you are using kamas whereas the +20 is unarmed.

That shouldn't be the case, kamas are monk weapons and should give full 1/1 BAB when centered. Admittedly I haven't tested this in awhile (I'm mostly F2P now and just recently bought monk) but it was true back when monks first came out.

Like i said i could be wrong but i just happened to notice that my BAB on my lvl 4 monk at the time was +3/+4 and when wearing handwraps i had +10 to hit and +9 when dual weilding kamas so i thought maybe thats how they implemented it. im still tryin to figure out the mysteries of the monk (and now the favored soul as well).

Duel wielding causes -2 to each attack when off hand is a light weapon, which may explain your lower to hit.

General info: Unarmed Monks with the TWF line feats (Does not include modifer feats such as Two Weapon Defense, just TWF, ITWF, GTWF) gain all of the benifits without any of the penalties.
