How do you get a sigil? My first char got a copper sigil from a quest but my new one didn't. And how much does a VIP account cost?

Or better yet, can you pay for just level limit advancement?

you can purchase level up sigils from the DDO store using the TP you have earned.

OR

you can randomly find them in chest or by way of end rewards.

VIP accounts cost 14.99/month.

I ran Durk's Got a Secret multiple times to try and get a Muckbane and the tradeoff is in the turn-in rewards you can get a copper sigil.
