change the weight of quest items!

Quest items like the cylinders in Gwylan's stand and House D supplies in StormCleave really need their weight toned down
100 lb per cylinder and 75 lb per supply?! ARGH~!

well they are large objects and should weigh something.

If I remember right even my pure sorc could carry 3-4 of them. So unless you are soloing you should be fine.
