spring attack

without it, there's a -4 on attack, and the attack is pretty garbage too, 2 very slow swings
if someone gets the spring attack feat, they shouldnt get the -4 (like it is alrdy)
AND they should also get some kind of elaborate swing combination, maybe even use the momentum
from moving to direct which way the swing goes first
