Purchased item not recieved

I just recently brought something from the ddo store and it took my points but did not deliver the item. I clicked on help and that was no help im gonna check my email since it normally lets me know when they send stuff but the item is not in my inventory at all.

I checked my email it said that the item was delivered but it was not any help on this would be appreciated.

Got help in another thread logging out and back in seems to fix this still wonky if you ask me though :(
