Why can I only have one auction up at a time? I can't see the point in that. Been looking for an answer and haven't found it, so resorting to asking here. Thanks in adavance...

Having only one auction up at a time is a limitation of being free to play. If you went to the premium service then that restriction would be lifted (VIP as well).

I know I have bid on 20 items and that is the limit on bids.

Most items I ever had up at auction was maybe 8. If you are NOT on Cannith then the stuff you put up for auction might not be worth anything.

Example, I put up a +3 shield on Cannith for less than retail. If I put up that same shield on Sarlona no one would buy it because people are established and no one needs a +3 NON Mithril shield.

On Cannith that shield was gone on buyout. A win win for us both. I made more than I could have vendored it for, and the other player bought if for less than they would have paid at the vendor.

It was also probably the cheapest shield on the auction. But I did not check. Cannih auction prices are ridiculous for being just two weeks into the game.

VIP is more than 20 auctions for sure. I used to clean house on my small and medium ingredient stacks and I did hit limit once, but I think it was more around 60-80. Anyone have a definitive on this?
