You have been Disconnected

I first started playing DDo years ago then stopped playing a lil while later. I fondly remembered the game and came back recently after the F2P was created. I am a suscriber. I played for about 2 days without any problems. then one day in a middle of a quest i froze. an error message came up saying you have been disconnected from the world. Then I played the next day and got the same error only after about 30 minutes of playing. Then today after lgging it while the Welcome to ebberon page was loading i got this message. Can anyone help me to understand or solve this problem. I emailed help but want to know more before the 3-5 day wait is over. If anyone has any info on this matter please post help.
