trying to upgrade to vip with credit card

Hi, i just started playing DDO the other day (this game is so awesome) and i have decided to upgrade to a vip account for 1 month while im on holidays.

The only problem is I live in Australia, so when i went to enter my credit card details there is no country option for Australia/other.
How do i pay for my subscription?
