I decided to look in the compendium for all the information about the Turbine Point system. I found a rather anemic little page about what you could buy with your points. This is financial information. How much it costs to play the game. All available products with full descriptions should be listed. All manners of getting Turbine Points should be fully explained. Such as bonus points for veterans (with a CLEAR definition of what that means), points per milestone per server, points per favor per character (and when this occurs since it does not appear to be retroactive), how to buy game cards, how to use your pay pal account, etc....
It's only in Turbine's own financial interests to make the system as clear and precise as possible. This point system IS an alternate form of currency and as such needs to be approached that way by Turbine or else they run the risk of legal entanglements (and it sounds like they have enough of those already).
