well i installed the game and everything then when i click on the icon nothing happens can anyone help me plz

I'm in contact with Turbine Tech Support, but it's slower than molasses...

Try going into C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach (Or "DDO Unlimited" if its a newer installation) and look for the file "TurbineRegisterGDF.exe" and double clicking it. You should get four success messages to click ok on and if so relaunch the game to test. (If you get an error in one or two of the dialogs just rerun the file, also try right-clicking it and trying the "Run as Administrator" option as well).

If it keeps up though definitely open a support request (http://www.ddo.com/component/content/article/486-tech-ticket) if you haven't yet.
