I'm brand new to this and was playing around and researching paladins and made this build, was curious if someone could point out if i made any major flaws or something...

The basic premise of the build is ok. Just a few things that only experience could teach you.
You dont need to take all of the saving throw Feats, Paladins generally have the best saving throws in the game so those are over kill.

Take rogue at first level so you can max UMD, it is the most useful skill in the game. Drop your wisdom to 8 and increase your dex and int. try and get an Int of 11 so you can eat a +2 int tome and get combat expertease, if you are going intimitank you need AC to back it up. Remember rogue invasion doesnt work if you are wearing heavy armor so your dex it to low at 10 you need a dex of atleast 22 in order to get full benefit from mithril breastplate.

Also I would drop fighter 7 and take Paladin 12 you lose fighter armor mastery 2 but can gain much more benefit from taking Defender of Siberys2 and your dex is too low to make full use of it anyways. You will need to change some feats around for this, but the important ones for you will be Improved crit, Combat expertease, SF Intimidate and Bull Headed. The Presige enhancements you need to look at are Defender of Siberys and Stalwart Defender

I recommend taking the Human Deneith dragonmark, it gives a bonus to intim, and allows you to take more intim enhancements.

Look into some of this and then post again. There are lots of good builders and builds posted on the Paladin forums. I especially recommend looking up Dworkin of Amber's Holy avenger build and his general Paladin thread. Also Cashiry recently posted a similar build.

I agree with most of the above.

You list a lot of tomes in your build, if you have a lot of resources to throw at a new character, great, but in general they are pretty expensive to obtain. I don't know anything about your other characters, maybe you have bank tabs full of +2 tomes, if you are like most people, you'll have to work hard to get more than a couple of those.

Edit: just re-read your post, you say you are new... don't count on +2 tomes, and keep in mind even +1 tomes are expensive, though you can buy them in the DDO store. That means int 12 if you want combat expertise after a +1 tome (it'll greatly help your AC when using intimidate)

Paladins in general are very hard to build, equip, and play. They can be a lot of fun, and very rewarding when your high defenses let you save the party, but they take a lot of work to get right.

Why would you wait til 3 to use the int tome? Get a level 1 int tome off the AH and use it at 1.

Force Of Personality is an especially bad feat, since you have the same wis and cha scores...it literally will not do anything.

AFAIK, +1 tomes have a minimum level of 3 to use now, just like +2s are min level 7.

Level 3 is also when they show up in the Store to buy with turbine points.
