Is problem

...with a stupid question I did not see at linked page. I have a lvl 18 bard with a base STR of 10 with a +1 STR tome used and a +6 STR item for a total of 17 STR and a +3 STR modifier. but my non finesseable weapons show STR (+3) for the attack bonus and STR (+0) for the damage bonus. Why is this. Is it because I am not a fighter? It also does not change when I use a divine power clicky. Also the Damage for a +5 2d8 weapon (Mad Lute) is 2d8+9 With a STR modifier of +3 shouldn't that be 2b8+8

Any help would be appreciated.

If I buy quest on F2P account will it be only for 1 character all characters on curent world or will be it active on all worlds?

And how long I can enter such quest? (once, more times or for a period of time?)

Yes once you purchase a block of quests you have full access to them on all characters/all servers/as often as you like.
