I have a time card code that I've had for a little while. But the account I want to use it on, was originally a trial account. I have no product key and no place to enter this code. Please advise. :)
I heard that there is a solution to this, but no one has actually detailed what to do, just that they got it to work.

I see a few of you Support reps floating around, just making sure you realize I don't have the "Upgrade" button or "Add Game Card" button in my account, since it's a F2P/Premium account(bought some TP). And I never had a product code as I've never purchased the game, only recently purchased a timecard.

Kyran, you should have an option to "Add Game Card" on the Account Management page by this time tomorrow. ;)

Awesome! The entire reason I bought it this way and not via PBC was to play adventures asap. Your speedy response makes it not a waste! :D

Sigh, still waiting on my account to be 're-activated'. I can tell you my SubID if that makes it any faster...

I still do not have the Add Game Card button on myaccount.turbine.com.
Missing out on all the adventures has really killed my DDO experience so far. I'm watching my friends do catacombs and stuff. :|

Kyran, you should be able to add the game card now. Please be sure you're viewing the websites in IE7 (or IE8 in compatibility mode) or Firefox. You may need to select the option to upgrade before it allows you to add the GTC.
If that still doesn't work, please contact the Account Management department.

Tried 5 different browsers, viewed source. Links aren't there. Got someone else to copy the link for me, need to reactivate subscription error. Guess I have to make a phone call.
