Hey...er...VIP points please?

I only got 50 of the 500 points I should have gotten from becoming a VIP. I've seen this happening a lot, so I'm not surprised, but I would appreciate some sort of fix soon.

Points are granted to VIP subscribers after successful payments. Payments are always processed the next morning. You should be seeing your VIP points tomorrow. However, please note that there may be some delays in receiving points at this time. We are working to resolve these delays.
