Oooh! Can we pay turbine points to make our raid timers go away?
But seriously, not a bad idea.

I just want to see what the spell choices are (for bards and sroc) without going to a trainer.

I suggested it before. To avoid problems, they would need to still limit it somehow.
For example, paying 50 points lets you swap 3 spells within the lockout period, instead of 1.

Check out the Compendium (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Category:Classes) just select your class, and there will be a spell-list halfway down the page!

While true, the lists are somewhat buggy and the last spell on each one frequently does not display and the scrollbar will not move down far enough.

and this from someone who plays both sorcs and wizs.
There is a price the sorcs pay for all the power and fast casting they get: a somewhat static spell selection. Anything that lessens this annoyance is just plain wrong as sorcs are already perceived as the superior arcane class.

All good Ideas. Maybe 2 spells with 3 day time. Or 1 Spell with 2 day timer.
No timer would be bad. Too much versatility for Sorc. Want Versatility make a Wizard.

for a Klondike Bar?
PS: I'm ashamed of what some people would do for a klondike bar.
