Stormreach Society is opening up!

We are a light-medium roleplaying guild that also adheres to some permadeath rules. We feel that running with a light version of the permadeath ruleset we are able to slow down and immerse ourselves into the world of Eberron, assisting our roleplaying.

The guild has a light ruleset for Permadeath. We also have unique rules for items, brewing potions, scribing scrolls, crafting wands, etc.

Visit our website to read the rules! http://www.stormreachsociety.com

Or you can read all of our rules and more about us, as well as how to join at our my.ddo.com website here: http://my.ddo.com/guild-cannith-stormreach_society_rp_pd/

We are still new and would like YOU to help shape our guild. Welcome aboard!

I like this concept. I was reading about the potion rule. Interesting. I like the raise dead dead stuff too. Looks like a guildie can play pretty much any day of the week as long as it is with guildmates.

Perchance would you accept the application of a middle-aged Human, Paladin who has dedicated her life to the Silver Flame?

Or

A surely elf who is a pledged servant of the Host (Kol Korran, The Merchant god), is a control freak, and hates all halflings?

Hey Lessah! You are quite welcome into the guild. I believe I played a little with you while in Mortal Voyage. Welcome! I'll invite you in game if I see you, or send you a guild sigil if you are not there.

We have a new website! It's still a little bit of a work in progress. You need flash to view the site. It has a nice book/tome feel for reading the rules. Still needs some work, especially the forums.

Or you can always still use our my.ddo.com listing.

Sounds like fun. What would I have to do to join?

The only thing you need to do is read through all of the rules on our site and play by them. Then just contact someone in game to join.

Just an update. We're growing! Slow, but we are certainly growing. Still looking for players who want a little more D&D in their DDO. Come give us a try.

After reading through your rules, this sounds interesting. I'll send an in-game mail with one of my level 1 characters.

i was thinking of making a permadeth character for the guild, but was wondering if we can do solo missions. the rules state you can do any challenge, and implys you can, but then says you can only play with fellow guild members...

You can solo all that you want. We only mean that you can't group with people outside of the guild, because they don't use our rule set so it would create an imbalance. But you are welcome to solo by yourself.

But, grouping with fellow guildies is much more fun. =)
