New player with some questions...

Well i'm downloading the game right now and thought i'd ask some questions before I get started.

1.What is this I hear about a level 4 cap?

2.What would be a good guide for a character based on being sneaky?

3.How many areas can I access as a free player?

4.And finally, is there PvP?

1 - Every 4th level, you must buy or loot a levelling sigil to advance.

2 - Search for rogue builds - although stealth has had huge nerfs and is almost useless unless soloing.

3 - You can access every part of the game eventually, once you earn enough turbine points to unlock content.

4 - There is PvP but this is D&D so it's really basic, and only about 0.05% of the players use it.
