Problem with one of my chars in my.ddo!!

My main sorc Selee on Thelanis is the only one of my chars that is not updating properly. She is getting her achievements (levelups, spell changes, etc) but everything else is blank. It says she has not logged in recently when she obviously has (her achievements show this). She is also not associated with her guild in my.ddo.com either (Fellowship of the Golden Night). Is there any way while ingame on her to force my.ddo.com to read her stats/equipment/etc and populate her page properly?

It is possible that with the huge number of people that have been logging in recently that your character is still in queue to be updated - achievements are retrieved through different means than your stats. Logging in and out is generally the method used to make sure they are in the queue, but we don't actually have a mechanism to force updates for individual characters. There have been a lot of characters coming through recently so I can really only say to give it just a bit more time to work through the queue. I know that isn't very helpful :(

You should set some sort of filter that blocks out lowest level free to play characters (1-4) if that's what's filling up the character queue.

I wouldn't block them out. Maybe give VIPs a higher priority, like the login queue.

Hi Gharet,
I have a character just like the O.P.’s. He has logged in every day since launch. And other characters are getting their stats updated. (My monk’s level got updated almost instantaneously.)

If you could send detailed information about the characters that are having update issues to me in a PM we'll check into them to see if there's some issue with certain characters. Please include character names, worlds, if the character has ever transferred (transfers have been known to result in wonky data), or other information that might make a character that isn't updating different from one that is.
