I was one of the beta testers and on 31.8.09 i recieved mail that i will get reward 500 points. I logged yestrday first time to the game since beta ended and found out that i got only 50% so 250 points. I made some missions and got further 50 points.

So the missing 250 were offered only for some period of time or the system is not updated yet?

I think they're still working out a couple of issues with the free points thing. Hang tight for another week or two to let them get by the F2P launch and it will likely be straightened out.
