To say nothing of grazing hits that proc weapon effects from glancing blows! I would like to suggest the name Glowing Scrape. :)

Actually, what's the story with these silly attacks anyway? Are they there to replace the double Strength damage that you should get for wielding 2H Weapons but don't get?

What's the difference between a glancing blow and a grazing blow? I know that 2H Weapons have a chance to cause a glancing blow equal to the first base hit minus 5 and only do a fraction of the damage but the manual has nothing on them.

If I remember correctly from 3.5 it was 1.5 times your str bonus for two handed weapons and 2.0 for power attack wasn't it?

Grazing Hits were implemented so that newbies can do some damage every time they roll over a 10, equal to the base damage of the weapon.

Glancing Blows have a chance to proc on every creature in the range of your two handed weapon. Not sure what the base damage is for it. Never bothered looking.

Sorry, you are correct. x1.5 Normal and x2 Power Attack. Still, none of the characters I have that wield a 2H weapon get the x1.5, they just get the normal Str bonus. *shrug* Meh I only have one alt that does and I've never really been one for 2H weapons. I much prefer sword and board or TWF.
