The blog side is powered by a version of WordPress 2.7. One of the reasons we chose it as a blog system is the wide variety of documentation available. While we don't endorse a particular Wordpress 2.7 tutorial (http://www.google.com/search?q=Wordpress+2.7+tutorial) a quick web search should turn up plenty of resources.

As for the DDO-specific elements, we'll provide how-tos and walkthroughs in the near future. In the meantime feel free to jump in and give it a shot!
