Looks like a tasty idea. Gotta remember tho, freezing the room is nice, but if your kiting mobs around 1 by one after enthrall.... that could be really bad form for your party benefits.

Its all about how you play your build. Some folks will play an archer bad I am not trying to encourage them really this kind of build is for advanced players. But the only other option is a sonic nuker which is kinda a one trick poney.

Enthrall, mass suggest, then pull out the machine gun.

Im really thinking this build will need to splash 2 rogue for evasion because all the capstone will really offer are things that would better fit on a pure speced drow. On the other hand the charisma boost of 20 vs 16 base for a rogue splash would really help on mass suggestion. Im kinda torn.

You can make bolts with a wand of summon fire arrows, along with the force imbuement that will be an extra 2d6 on top of weapon effects.

I always thought summon arrows was worthless and it definetely is because of huge quivers and fire arrow wands.
