Being new I have a few questions

Can you transfer items from one of the three-backpack pages to another? Say I have potions on the 1st screen and want to put them on the 2nd or 3rd screen, can that be done?

I see players with a circle above their heads. What does this mean?

I tied to get a hireling mage to activate a Sigel in the Waterworks but hitting the interact with the object I had selected and she just stood there. What did I do wrong?

Can you use the mailbox to send stuff to someone that is not online?

Can you log into the same account with two computers so as to trade items between two of your own characters?

In order:

1. Yes, just drag the item to one of the other three tabs located at the top of the inventory window.

2. That means the player is looking for a group to join. Kind of like "Please help, I need a job" kinda sign.

3. Might not have been the right kind of sigil for the hireling to use. Sometimes trying it yourself first will work to get them moving. If the hireling cannot use the sigil, then you get no feedback.

My char did not have enough int even with a +2 potion to activate it INT 10 + 2 The Mage was level 1 Is there a way to see the hireling's stats?

3) Make sure the hireling is standing as close as possible to the sigil. They will use it but you have to get them really close to it. Stand right next to it and keep clicking the footprints button to get them to stand next to you.

Some runes may still be bugged. Please bug report them if the hireling won't use them (including the name of the hireling).

I haven't tried any of the higher level wizards but both level 1 wizards (I believe it's a halfling and warforged) cannot use the Waterworks explorer int runes. I've bug reported this already.

OP: See if you can find some player to let you into the rooms if you really want. Most people don't bother with the waterworks explorer area (they go straight for the quests) but I'm sure you could find someone with a high intelligence willing to help you out.
