Building a THF and my question is, should I have 3 or 4 feats I don't know what to do with. Should I grab Cleave and Great Cleave and something else or should I take Adamantine Body Feats? I already have Iron Will and a base 12 Wisdom. Any suggestions aside from the Weapon feats, Power Attack, Toughess which any respectable fighter will already have?

Luck of heroes and lightning reflexes? Couldn't hurt, right?

As long as you get the weapon focuses and specialization you will use the most then the rest is just bonus really. Maybe some shield improving? Couldn't hurt for when you slap that tower on.

Ok, between the three, directions, which would each of you go?
Improved DR Feats x3
or
Cleave, Great Cleave, + 1 more (Maybe Stun)
or
Lightining Reflexes, Luck of Heroes, +1 more?
Maybe a mix of each?

feats should look something like this or at least a start of whats good
adamantine body
two handed fighting
weapon focus slashing
toughness
weapon specialization slashing
improved two handed fighting
power attack
improved crit slashing
greater weapon focus slashing
greater weapon specialization
greater two handed fighting
superior weapon focus slashing
then theres the fill ins like :
cleave
great cleave
quick draw
iron will
lightning reflexes
toughness ( again )
shield mastery
improved shield mastery
stunning blow
diehard
luck of heroes
hope this helps

I already plan on having all of the ones from the first list and a few from the second. I contemplated quick draw... is it really worth it? Same with cleave and great cleave. I like them on principle, but curious how effective they actually are.

alot of peeps like quick draw as it saves time on your boosts and between weapons and armor but armor really isnt that big of a deal cuz your going to be using docents
as for cleave and great cleave they work pretty good as u can get lucky and vorpal more then one person and other things as well

Thanks, I think I may try and take cleave and great cleave then. Maybe Luck of Heroes as well.

sounds good , pretty much as long as u have a good amount of the feats in the first part the rest of it is just fill in and maybe switching it around a bit will help but u may want to do it earlier then later as the shards to swap feats at lvl 17 and above are much more costly then lvl 16 and below imho

I am building a WF Pure THF fighter as we speak and am wondering the same thing...
Currently at Level 5, I have Power Attack, Weapon Focus, Adamantine Armor, THF Fighting, and Weapons Specialization.
Aside from the usual I am planning on Iron Will and Toughness. fare I am undecided as well. I have three ideas.
1. Eat a +1 Dex tome and get Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack and maybe Whirlwind
2. Take a tactic like Improved Trip or Stunning Blow
3. Cleave-Great Cleave maybe mix in another rank of toughtness or #2.
