I thought you used to be able to switch servers without quitting the game - or am I having flashbacks to CoH?

theres a premium service. Send ONE character and all his/her stuff to a diff server of your choice for like 20 US$

I think your having flashbacks to something else I dont remember us ever having that, although it has been asked for over and over
