Possible Turbine Points / Favor Bug

Hi, following the favor rules that Tolero described, I went onto a new server that I had never used before, started a new character, and, when I reached 5 favor, I received the in-game message and mail stating that I had received 50 turbine points for reaching 5 favor for the first time on that server; however, I never actually received said points in my account. I continued gaining favor and, at 25 favor, did gain the 25 turbine points normally for that tier. However, I can't figure out why I never actually gained the first 50 points for reaching the 5 favor tier. Is this just a bug? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have heard this mentioned by a few people. I don't know the answer but am curious to find out exactly.

I am having the exact same problem, i should have about 300 points from all the mail notices I recieved, but I only have 100....what gives???

I've seen quite a few reports about points not being awarded as well. Hopefully they can retroactively fix it.
Unfortunately I can't tell myself if my points are working, since I'm too lazy to do the maths :rolleyes:

I should have 250 from favor only points, but I only have 150.

I sent a ticket in 2 days ago but haven't heard anything back or gotten my 2000+ points.
