Turbine points

Hi!

I've been trying to purchase turbine points with my mastercard from Europe, but it says Error 6 - the transaction can not be processed from an unauthorised region. I find this odd - they did let me play half a year ago as a subscriber... Any way around this?

Well, we can't help with account specific issues on the forums, but I do have some suggestions:

You can try paying with PayPal instead.

If you need to update the card, you can try doing that on the Account Management website first, then making your purchase.

If either of these don't work, or aren't options, then I'd recommend contacting the Account Management department for assistance.
