DDO Store missing level cap runes

I could not find the runes that increase level cap from 4 to 8 in the Store last night.

Not that I needed one last night, but by this weekend its going to be a big problem if they arent there.

That's not true. While in BETA I purchased each sigil immediately, one after each other at level 2. Unlocked the toon all the way to 20 (which of course was quite silly, since I had no hope of reaching cap, point of fact only got that toon to level 3). I was just testing out the store and knew I would not be getting the points back either way.

To OP, maybe the store was bugged or you just weren't looking in the right spot...idk. I highly doubt that would remain an issue for long.
