I grew up in SoCal & spent 4 years stationed at Ft (not so)Bliss in El Paso - my spanish is more childish & knowing (sometimes) when someone is talking trash.... and knowing how to ask for the bathroom & the beer! (need to know the important stuff, LOL).

GL on finding people though, there have been more than a few that can type it on the forums, so I assume at least some of them can speak in VC with it!
