is down other then harassment/spam reporting. Rolled a new toon on Cannith, got to the end of the Grotto, and neither the objective to kill the Priestess/guards was checked, nor can I talk to the cleric to complete it. Chest popped, got my items, just can't finish. I'll just delete and reroll, but this is going to infuriate new players.

We've actually identified this as a problem at the moment, and we're working to resolve it.

Just to clarify, you're a VIP, right?

I had the same issue in the beta once. My key came from a mmo website, so I doubt I was VIP.
Might help identifying the issue.

When I encountered it it was my second Character.
I already knew the questline so I went as fast as possible.
Only issue was at the end I couldn't talk to the cleric.
I did however try to talk to her repeatedly while she was still moving
to the final spot she stands.

Free extra character slots and I'll try to repeat it ;)
