Can't open the data files?

Ok I was excited to participate in the Head start but then I get an error after connecting to a world.
It says "Can't open the data files. Check that they exist and that you have permission to write them. The program will now exit. [201]
Anyone know why this is happening?
It then redirects me back to the log in screen

if you downloaded with Turbine Download Manager, there's a little arrow above the "Play" button.. click it, and select "Validate and Repair". Wait 2-3 minutes, and it should start trying to locate what is missing, and download it. Worked for me, at least.

If you didn't, I'd guess you might need to redownload.

the knowledge base has some steps you can try to follow on this, it basically means the turbine patch failed in most cases. Some versions of it are fixable, but when I ran into this I had to follow the last step...full uninstall and reinstall :(
