Wrong Customer serice information i had asked earlier in forum that if i have unlocked drow will i be able to play it i was told yes now when i logged in and i was shocked to see that i have to buy it even i had unlocked drow with my 400 favor points why i was misleaded or given wrong information

Did you talk to Nyx the drow? If so talk to him again, if that dont work your screwed until you buy it.

I talked to him and same thing why turbine always tell lies am totally screwed up

it's not a lie, because that's not what's intended. It's obviously a bug. Chill. It's the first day.
What is the total favor on your character you are talking to Nyx on right now?

and how many total characters do you have? If you are a VIP that's downgraded to free-to-play, you only get 4 character slots, so if you have all 10 filled up, that may be your problem. From your info it looks like you are just a regular free-to-play'er, so you only get 2 character slots. Delete one of your other characters or buy another character slot from the store and you'll be set I think

My total favor is 458/1750
if you have time submit an ingame ticket..... it may take up to 60 mins for a gm to get back to you but they should be able to activate the drow for you if you've earned it.
Also there is an old bug in which the drow would not show up until you logged out completely, then logged bag in.
Im not sure of the server status and how hard it would be to get back in..........I leave that hoice to you.

this is true also. you actually need to create a drow character to play and that requires a free slot.

ok, I just went by what you had in your sig. Your only choice is what cap said earlier. Either submit a ticket and wait it out or try relogging.
