Examine Programs sticking for you?

Downloaded and played this morning through the afternoon after a few attempts to log in and the launcher kept getting stuck at "Examine Programs" Now after not being able to log in after work, I can connect and still sticking at examine programs....any idea why?

I ran virus scan last night and did a defrag last night as well. Haven't defraged since the update but will tonight while I sleep. Also, opened the launcher by double clicking and also by right clicking and running it as admin on a vista machine...

Ok just in writing this I can't once again connect.....:(

Oh now I connected and now sticking at "Examine Game Data", task manager says cpu usage 2% physical memory 47%...whats the dealooooooo?

Now without making a change it zipped right thought and let me log in....after closing and reopening the launcher a few times and makeing NO changes.....what the heck!?

I've noticed many times that my launcher seems to 'stick' in various places... it did it before, and it still does it now. Most times, it's not actually stuck at all. It just doesn't update the display for some reason, but if I minimise it to the taskbar and then reopen it, all is well.

It's had the same problem with entering the password for a long time - it doesn't show anything when I'm typing it, like the window doesn't have the focus, but it does actually accept it and log me in.

*shrug*

Ours is not to reason why... :-)
