500 Beta Points

I had a trial before the beta and then got into the beta. They are both under the same account (e.g. log in and I can choose from either). Now I have my once trial as my main with my lvl whatever character, but not the free beta points. I checked my beta and it had my 500 points. I just wanna know if it it possible to move them to my once trial now main a account seeing as they are both under the same turbine account.
Also is it possible to convert my trial to an acual account now to remove mail restrictions and such now that it is free

Turbine points cannot be transferred from beta to live (unless you paid for them, in which case they should have been transferred already).
Free beta points were only there to let us try the store :)

Edit: about account conversion, I don't know (I'm guessing it should be automatic once your trial ends)

I am referring to the 250 you got for trying the beta and 250 for testing store. I know the 1500 is not kept.

I think I remember reading somewhere that account services can combine your accounts into one. I don't remember where I saw this so I don't have a reference for you.

But I'd give em a call a see if it can be done.

They said some of the free points were being delayed.
