Items not appearing

I bought a +1 plate from turbine store and it is not in my inventory. What do I need to do to fix this?

In beta the items appeared in your inventory. Is it full?

First try logging out, then logging in. Be sure you check your bank too.

If you still don't have the item (after an hour) then please contact the Account Management department so they can research the inquiry.
