They've never given us an exact time frame. Get used to that.
The servers will be up when they (Turbine) are good and ready to open em.

They will be up just after dawn Xendrik Standard Time.

Champions Online is supposed to be at 10am right? If the rumor about the release date being changed to go head-to-head with this release is true, 10AM!

Pretty sure that was poo though.

We're not expecting them until sometime around Tuesday morning EST. But this is nothing but a guess. We DO know they won't be around midnight EST however, but anything beyond that is anyone's guess.

Actually, this is not about the release. This is about downtime. This is a HUGE improvement over their typical "It will be down for 2 hours.. oh oops.. hum.. 1 more hour... err... oops.. did we say 1? we meant 2... oh wait, make that another 2...." approach to down time.

Heck we might even be able to avoid the 1+ week of troubles that plagued the last update that involved a drastic amount of game changes (mod3)
