As I noted in foxray's thread we are supposed to address our issues relating to banned accounts in an email to
turbinesupportexperience@turbine.com.
Well I have done that twice and not received a response to either email, so I post this in the hope I will actually get some response and I can continue playing the game I love.
Do we perhaps have a Dev or a Customer Support person out there that can help me with my issues?
